Creator Program Terms

Welcome to the VaultMart Creator Affiliate Program. These terms govern your participation in the program operated by VaultMart Limited (“VaultMart”, “we”), a company registered in Nigeria.

1. Eligibility

To be approved as a creator, you must (a) have a verified VaultMart account, (b) have at least 1,000 followers in aggregate across TikTok, Instagram, X, or YouTube, (c) submit a public post URL with at least 1,000 views as evidence of authentic engagement, and (d) abide by all VaultMart community policies.

2. Commission

Approved creators earn 1% of qualifying revenuegenerated by users they refer. Qualifying revenue is limited to: buyer service fees, vendor fees, boost purchases, and premium subscriptions. Funding fees, withdrawal fees, and any third-party payment processor fees are explicitly excluded.

3. Attribution

Attribution is first-touch: a referred user is credited to the first creator whose link they used to land on vaultmart.com.ng. The vm_via cookie is set for 30 days and persists across our subdomains. Once attribution is recorded in the user's profile, it cannot be transferred.

4. Lifetime duration

Your commission entitlement on a referred user's qualifying revenue lasts for as long as the referred user remains an active VaultMart user. There is no expiry and no cap.

5. Refund window & clawbacks

Earnings are held in a 15-day pending window from the earned date. If the underlying transaction is refunded or reversed in that window, the commission is automatically clawed back from your pending balance. After 15 days, earnings move to confirmed status and are safe from automatic reversal.

6. Payouts

Confirmed earnings can be withdrawn to your Nigerian bank account on the 1st and 16th of each month. The minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000. Funds typically clear within 1–2 business days after the cycle date. We may delay or hold a payout if we suspect fraud or violation of these terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Refer yourself or any account you control or own.
• Generate clicks or conversions through bots, paid traffic schemes, cookie-stuffing, link cloaking, or any deceptive practice.
• Buy followers or fabricate audience metrics in your application.
• Misrepresent VaultMart, its fees, its products, or imply official endorsement beyond the creator program.
• Spam users in DMs, comments, or via paid ads in a way that violates the host platform's terms.

Violations may result in suspension of your creator account, forfeiture of pending earnings, and clawback of paid-out commissions proven to be fraudulent.

8. Account termination

You may close your creator account at any time. Confirmed earnings above the minimum will be paid out in the next cycle. If we terminate your account for cause (fraud, terms violation, prolonged inactivity), existing earnings may be forfeited per the prohibited-conduct clause.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any income taxes due on earnings received through this program. VaultMart does not withhold taxes from payouts. You may receive a payment summary at year-end for your records.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes (commission rate, payout schedule, refund window) will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
